We accept cash, credit/debit card and checks. We do not accept Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, Zelle etc.

Depending on the dog's size, coat length, coat condition, style preferences, and the pet's behavior, the grooming appointment may range from 45 minutes up to 4 hours in extreme cases. Usually a routine grooming appointment runs about 1 hour and 30 minutes per pet. Overgrown, large, non-cooperative or severely matted pets may take longer.

For new clients, I require that the owner be present at the time of their first scheduled appointment with us, so that I can take a moment to meet your dog, discuss grooming instructions and sign our service agreement if not already signed. After; all I need is access to the home, I will come by at your scheduled grooming appointment time and you just need to leave an approved form of payment. 

No, we are fully self contained. I use a generator/inverter for power, we have AC and heat inside our unit to keep your pets as comfortable as possible during their service. The unit has a 50-gallon fresh water supply with a water heater if needed, enough capacity for fresh warm water for every groom.

Our insurance does not allow anyone but us in our rig but we have found with pet owners around that this often has a distracting influence on the pet and there is a greater chance of having minor "oopsies" due to over excitement. The pets generally behave better when it is a strictly groomer - pet relationship in the mobile salon. 

We require at least a 48 hour CANCELLATION NOTICE in the event that an appointment cannot be kept. For Monday appointments, this means we need to be contacted on Friday. This gives us and our waiting list clients some time to fill the cancelled appointment slot. Of course more advanced notice is greatly appreciated. Failure to contact on at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment may result in a no show/cancellation charge of the FULL SERVICE FEE that must be paid prior to your next grooming appointment.

We reccomend following your vets vaccine reccomendations. We clean and sanitize between every pet. Rabies is legally required for us to service your pet, we will need to see proof of rabies before we can take the pet for grooming. We will need to see the physical copy of the pets rabies certificate or vaccine paperwork that includes the rabies dates given and due, picture or email of the paperwork will work as well.

As much as we would love to, we only offer nail trimming services for cats.
